This week’s listener request comes to us via email from Mike O. and man, was it an interesting pick. He gave us Gumby and we’re here to deliver. Gumby is probably one the most well known yet unknown animated projects we’ve covered. What was once a household name that every kid recognized, has all but disappeared from the public eye. But why is that? Gumby’s induction into the Library of congress alone should cement it’s status as a timeless franchise.
